Technical interview with general scenarios and a background of your experience and what you have done on a daily basis else where. What products are you familiar with and how confident are you.asking questions about what makes me drive towards success and any other activities you do outside work, sports etc.interview wasn't that great as they couldn't think of what to discuss with me as they kept looking at their paperwork, should be naturally flowing.The other manager asking questions in relation to projects I have done and if I come across any issues or if a project was delayed for any reason.also other questions around server OS and VMware and if I have ever worked on these products.
