Come in with approx 30+ ppl. They are watching you from the moment you walk in so smile !! Few ice breakers, then they break you up into small groups of 5-6, they take you to another room where you and the other applicants answer 3 questions a piece. Once that is complete they will bring you back into the original room. They begin to take ppl out one by one. Some ppl you never see again, others you'll find in a room filling out documents, getting fingerprints, performing reach test, being drug tested, etc. if you've made it this far you more than likely will be invited to training. I made it this far but think the Hamartia was admitting I have tattoos. Even though they are not visible in uniform the company isn't fond. I didn't want to go through medical and they be found then I get fired for lying so I figured id be honest.
