I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines
Interview
Complete an assessment, then you get an online interview where you're asked 5 questions and you record your answers. You get 45 seconds to think of an answer, and 2 min to record the answer with only one take. If you pass this, you then get the face to face interview in Dallas. The f2f interview is all group stuff with no one on one time with a recruiter. You won't be asked any questions about yourself, but I believe they're looking at your ability to work well with a team and come up with quick solutions to problems that may arise on a plane. Be confident with your answer in the group activity.
