My experience was actually really positive. I got to meet a lot of new people and made some really cool friends. I had a great time even though I did not get an offer which I take full responsibility for. So my comment will be different than others and I just want to encourage others to be positive and relax. Please DO NOT overthink this process. Do every single thing they tell you to do including fully answering questions they ask you. The recruiters were very nice, warm and welcoming. The process of the f2f was simple. Get there early for checkin. If they tell you to be there at 9, get there at 7:45 (thats just me) . They put you in a room with other candidates. Before they start the checkin for ID and passport. You watch a video, do a written assignment, then group activity. After that is the jumpseat task, then read a PA announcement. Put you back in a room for Q & A, then they dismiss in 3 groups.
