I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in June 2016
Interview
I applied online (not sure when in Feb 2016), got the email for the video interview 3/7. On 3/24 I got a status update email telling me to be patient, that they were still reviewing applications. On 5/25 I got my f2f invitation via email, they called 5/31 to schedule it. It is on 6/23 in Dallas. I'm very anxious, and a little surprised each step to this point has seemed to take longer than anyone else's process that I've read. Nevertheless I am very, very excited and hopeful for my f2f to go well. I will update that day.
