I applied online. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in June 2016
Interview
applied on line. then got an email to do the video interview. two months later I got a call to fly down to Dallas TX for the face to face. Group team challenge to see how you interact with others. Then split up into groups to answer 3 questions. then back to room for Q & A, while they make the pick of who moves on. They will tell you that you won't find out that day, but if you don't get finger printed and do a reach test then you didn't get it. I messed up and revealed I am a cancer surviver and blew my chances.
