I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines in July 2016
Interview
I applied July 3. Got an email inviting me to a video interview July 21. Video interview was really easy. The audio plays the question twice and then gives 60 seconds to prepare. You have 3 minutes to answer the question, but I didn't use the whole time. Just smile, be enthusiastic about what you are saying, and don't stress too much. I don't remember all of the questions that were asked. But most of them can be found here on Glassdoor. Now I just have to wait and pray I get a chance to do a F2F.
