American Anthony to do my video interview and now I have 5 days to complete the interview I was able to complete the interview on my 4th day and I must have done well enough as I got invited to a face to face Interview.
I just finished my face-to-face interview with American Airlines and it was quite a different experience. Your table of eight starts by mingling. Then the session starts.
u start out in a group and you have to say three things that you like in common. AndAnd oneone item to say what is unique about you .
Then you go up in front of the groups and go through your diagram and answers, and you introduce someone else. unfortunately one of us wasn't paying attention, and we started to say the same thing. it's a little too much too fast , and we really should have been better organized. I don't think we exhibited good teamwork and probably got locked out of the interview process at that point. The rest was smaller question and answer session with hr person and another flight attendant.
the nice thing about Americans face to face interview with that they actually paid for the flight. I flew in at 7 in the morning and came back at 8 at night.
