I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
Do your homework! Take these questions on glassdoor and fill out your own personal responses. Be sure to have a 1-2 minute speech about yourself.
Did an online application. Received a video interview invitation. ONCE YOU OPEN THE VIDEO LINK YOU CANNOT CANCEL THE PROCESS. Wear your hair up, red lipstick (if a female), simple makeup, and business casual dress wear such as a button up and blazer. They will give you about 5-6 questions and you will answer the questions while staring at a video image of yourself (so odd). Next, I received and email for a face to face (group) interview and provided the pertinent details needed such as nearest base, full name and if you possess a valid passport. Attended the group interview where they had ice breakers and recruiters taking notes. We were then broken up into smaller groups for an interview where they asked 3 questions each. Went back to the classroom and thats when they select you to move forward (background check) or dismiss the attendees.
