I applied online. I interviewed at American Airlines in July 2016
Difficult interview
Application
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Airlines in Aug 2016
Interview
I got to the face to face interview. It was weird we had to play a guessing game on the other people getting interviewed. It was dragged out way too long. We then had a group interview and everyone had to answer two questions. The people that did amazing at answering didn't even get the job.. A girl that said she wanted to travel in her answer on why she wanted to be a FA got it. I feel like everyone tells you to be happy and have a really outgoing personality is not true. The people that they hired were all calm and didn't talk much. They were nice candidates but not what they describe in the job application. Don't get me wrong though the people that got hired were very nice but just no one that stood out.
Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
