I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in July 2016
Interview
I applied February 5th, received email to do video interview on May 10th and completed on May 11th. I received invitation for F2F interview on June 16th to go to Dallas on July 15th. I received a TBNT email on July 20th. Everything mentioned in other posts is all accurate. The questions and the game and the time you'll spend at the F2F. I was a little thrown off because I was walked down a hallway at the end and asked more questions and the lady mentioned that was my individual interview and they would review and verify my resume and get back in touch with me. It wasn't until I was waiting in the lobby that I was informed I would not be moving forward by one of the other candidates. They were taken into another room for a reach test, fingerprinting, and more questions. I tried to stay positive and hope they really did want to review my resume, but the TBNT email came a couple days later. If you're not fingerprinted, consider it the end of the road, no matter what the hosts tell you. That's my take anyway.
