Because of the overabundance of online applications received, AA asks for your patience during the hiring process. It can take up to 6 months for the entire process.

• If accepted for next step: Take personality test
• If accepted for next step: Video/automated interview
• If accepted for next step: In-person interview (includes group activity/small group interview and one-on-one interview.
• If accepted for next step: Finger printing and safety clearance/compliance forms
• Accept the offer via instructions on AA web site.
• Final documents and medical/physical agility exam
The questions from all portions of the process range from describing a time you had to deal with an angry customer to what quality or trait can you bring to the business that makes you an asset to the company. Everything is customer service related and safety/risk management are essential aspects of the position.

If you stay relaxed and really listen, the questions are not difficult. In my observation, most people who had a difficult time had let their nerves overwhelm them. Many of the questions were testing your listening skills and how you follow instructions.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
