I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Airlines
Interview
I applied for a Flight Attendant position for American Airlines back in Oct. 2013. I was contacted by email within a week or two. The first couple of stages of the interview process (which consisted of online questionnaire, video interview, application and work history) went somewhat quickly and was completed by the second week of Nov. All contact had been through email.
Then I heard nothing through the holidays. Then mid January I received a call to schedule the F2F interview. It is Scheduled for Feb. 2014.
This site is extremely helpful in informing me of what to expect in my F2F and to be better prepared.
