Question 1
The Hr person was rude , not professional , and when o asked for some solution to some snafu that was their address and my gps. Person was rude , just awful and snarky. I explained I had driven quite a long way to not wait for perhaps some discussion, nope no. I went to leave and this person said oh and have a nice long drive home. Honestly, this person if they represent AA I don’t want to know them as employers
The process was slow. After applying, I was called for an in-person interview. Upon tentative employment offer, I was flown to Dallas for the employee health screening process. There was a direct flight, I was flown there early morning and returned that evening.

Question 1
Why do you feel you are a good fit for this position?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
It took a while to get an open spot for a phone interview once they reviewed my résumé. Once I got a window, I waited for a phone call that never came, so I decided to call them. They lady that answered was really nice and pulled up my info and started the interview process. Most of the questions were structured around my résumé and previous experiences and how I handled difficult situations in specific. It went really smooth and I was offered a f2f interview, but no spots, once again, were open. Now I wait for a phone call when a time slot opens up.
