Lengthy! Group interview is online and then a face to face. Whole process is about a month or so. Perhaps longer for some! The online interview is about an hour or so.

A lot of behavioral type relating to customer service. Why do you want to be a flight attendant?
Application process was fairly simple but a long and drawn out process in reality. Resume, questionnaire/personality assessment, video interview, in person recruitment day. It was a long recruitment day with a large group. They also pulled everyone aside for one on one interviews

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in May 2018
Interview
The interview was conducted in the DFW area. It was a very pleasant experience. Tickets were provided. The interviewers were very friendly and I made lots of friends in the interview. Highly Recommended
