I applied online. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
I've just made it to the virtual group interview. I will be doing that tomorrow morning and I'm very excited! a couple things I've learned leading to this. I started my application the first week of February. I didn't hear anything back for 2 months nearly! I finally figured out my profile was frozen, so after refreshing my profile, I got the invite for the virtual group interview the next day! So, if you're like me, and wondering why you haven't heard back, try that. In my first interview I just tried to be authentic and smile a lot. I used the star method to answer questions, which I feel kept me from rambling. I made sure to wear professional clothing with my hair pulled out of my face. That seemed to do the trick!
