The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2014
Interview
Relatively easy- They are looking for a certain personality type. In the group interview make sure to speak up, but don't dominate the conversation. It is more important to let them see you making someone else be heard. If invited to the formal interview be sure to dress well. Ladies- business attire, hair up, manicured fingernails (or at least welll-groomed). Make sure to look the part of a flight attendant! I recognize that it may seem a little superficial, but if you get invited to training then this will be your reality!
