I applied online. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Firstly, you do the assessment and then if that goes well you will be invited to an online group interview. There are about 30 people in the online group interview and you think you aren’t being watched but you are ALWAYS being watched so engage and look happy to be there even though there are a lot of people. The best advice I can say is be your authentic self! After the online interview they invited me to do in person in DFW, they pay for your flight and it’s a great experience overall. The moment you arrive just be personable and be excited to be there; everyone was chosen for a reason and everyone is happy to have you. I started conversations 24/7 (I am on the more introverted side) but it was so easy to talk to people and I will definitely say they are seeing how you engage with people. We got split into groups of around 10 and we had to present a project with our group, do two rounds of interviews w your group, then they start calling out groups. The best advice I can say is truly be yourself! If you have a good heart they see it and you will most likely receive a CJO!! Good luck guys!
