Standard virtual interview with 3 managers. Lots of behavioral questions. Not much of a conversation. Felt confident about the interview… waited over 2 weeks to hear back and wasn’t selected.

Interview
I met with 4 managers whom interviewed me. They took the time to talk about the job they were I terviwing for and as well each talked about what they do and how long they have been with the company. Very refreshing to hear their experience. They each asked me questions and as well I told them about myself and my experience. My advise for everyone, walk in that room like you own it and be yourself. Answer the questions with confidence from your experience. Confidence and knowledge is the best medicine during a process like this.

Tell us about yourself. I suggest starting out with a fun fact about yourself and then diving I to your knowledge of what you are good at.
After applied online, i received a online accessment. The in person interview lasted about an hour with hiring managers. It was nice and smoothy. The questions were very easy and all based on the job descriptions and my experiences.
