After two months of applying, I received a call with an invite to attend an interview. Was flown out for my first interview. Passed the first barrier. Was invited back for a second interview. After 1 week I received confirmation of a job offer. The people were very laid back and inviting The managers enjoy to laugh and were not intimidating.

They already know who they want. They post for no reason with no intention to promote from within. 55k for working 18 hour shifts of terrible airplane management. On top fo that very little flexibility to work other times.
