I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
I arrived to the facility about 30 mins early. There was about 50 ppl getting interviewed and we got split in 5 groups. We did ice breakers. Fun fact about ourselves, where we’re from, and our age. The we played a game against each group. After that each group had a recruiter and they gave us each a card with questions and we answered our questions then the recruiters switched after we answered the first question then we picked another card to answer. After that they called out names and if your name got called you wait in the hallway. Until only about 10 of us our left and the ppl left are the ppl who got a one on one interview with another recruiter. After the one on one the recruiter gives you the CJO or not. Then you do the paperwork and drug test.
