I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2016

Applied on-line. After one month, received a video interview. Waited one month and was invited to Dallas for information session/interview.
Don't know exactly what they are looking for, but there were so many well qualified, professional and poised applicants there. Don't think they took anyone. they called us out individually and told us they were not letting anyone know on the spot, that they would contact us within two weeks. I got a TYBNT on Wednesday. Frustrating you don't get any feedback.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.

4. 6 week training -very hard, but be a good study/test taker
