I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Electric Power (Tulsa, OK) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was slow. I applied and wasn’t reached out to for almost 2 months. I did 2 rounds of interviews over a span of 2 weeks. Once I accepted the offer, which was given 2 weeks after my final interview, I didn’t start for another month. I have come to find out that is pretty standard.
