Applied online via company website. First on-site interview confirmed by phone two weeks later. On-site, met with two engineering managers and an HR representative. The interview was roughly twenty minutes, and a decision was promised within a week. The atmosphere was clinical and professional, and I was one of three candidates being interviewed that day of a total pool of six. The actual reply came back two weeks later.
