Went pretty smoothly, they interview you in one of the two clinic rooms and they are standard questions for animal hospitals. They want to understand your experience and comfort ability with animals in stressful situations. They also ask what your goals are for the year but that is not actually addressed during the entire year, you are actually spending the entire year trying to convince the doctor that you are a dependable and trustworthy employee, which is harder than it should be. I never lied or hid anything from her yet she often would refuse to talk to me about an issue I may have had with someone else or in a situation.
