I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Baton Rouge, LA) in June 2016
Interview
Large group interviews. Initial meeting passed easily. I asked how to stand out. Was told supervisor giving background of AIL is general manager and likes people who are outspoken, join in and volunteer. I said answers calmly but firmly...volunteered to be example twice. Shook hands firmly. Was asked back for final interview. Got offered job. 2nd general manager offered me job and walked me through process to get my license. Answered all questions about schedul and pay. Was very open and honest about my hard work being needed in this job.
Answered all my in depth questions with real information. Broke down pay step by step for me

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Income Life (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

Question 1
There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
