Interview
They will have 50+ other people show up for an interview at the same time as you for ONE position. Please note this is a SALES POSITION as many of us were confused and had CSR experience only. If you make it past round 1, the initial interview, you will be placed in a room with 20-30 others for an hour of a preview of the whole job, and you must also submit a 30 question test to them. The first question being how competitive are you, since ya know you're up against 30+ other people. I walked out after being invited to round 2, this is an asinine way to treat potential employees.

Firstly, you need to submit some basic questions, but they're simple, and then meet them at a meeting with other interviewers. Answered two simple questions and then gave you an official offer if you completed an online course. Which still needs you to pay $198.
