The first stage is a phone interview, asking to talk about yourself. Then you'll be invited for a one-on-one interview for the next day. Day 2: Get there, fill a form, with your basic information, two references(not relatives) that have known you for at least a year; how much you would like to earn in a year, five years, and ten years; If given the opportunity, who would you like to be, and why?; wait for a few minutes, wait for a few minutes, to be invited in by a "mentor" for the interview. You'll be called on the phone hours after the interview (mine was scheduled between 1pm-3pm), to congratulate you on passing the interview and to invite you for the final stage which will include a few "mentors"(next day, or you can reschedule).

The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.
