I interviewed at American Income Life (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2019
Interview
Not an interview. Its a high volume process where many individuals are invited to learn about the company then are "screened" for a possible" second" interview where you receive a sales pitch. At the onset I was advised I would be interviewing for a Managers position with No Sales involved but ultimately the end result was the offer of an entry level Insurance Sales position AFTER a completed week of No Paid training. The Ole Bait and Switch.

Interview
The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
