I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Income Life (Edison, NJ) in June 2019
Interview
They just brought you and a group of other applicants to their pitch, unlike other job interview that has preliminary interview that ask your questions, they just give you a stack of paper of how do you rate your self. I don’t even know why they are able to saying that not everyone going to next round interview, they didn’t even talk to you briefly. I did receive a call for second round interview, but I am definitely not going because they just trying to drag you into a deep hole. They are given you how will your pay potential be, don’t blinded by that. Is all lies, which mean that you have to pay them before you can get a job, how stupid would you be to pay to get a job that does not have any base salary. Good that I did do some research after today’s interview, so that I know the whole thing is a scam.

Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Red Deer, AB) in Jan 2024
Interview
Smooth and very relatable interview. It was more like a seminar or recorded session for all participants.
Nothing special, just an awareness session where you are told what the job is about
