Very strange interview.
I have interviewed for many positions in my time but this by far was the most strange. its a group interview and seems very rushed as if they dont care who gets hired or not. many if the people i was compeating with had little to no experience with any king of proffessional jobs, AIL is a meat grinder and will take anyone, they dont care about skills at all, they hire you with grand promises of money and freetime but it is a scam to get you into the doors and make a sale and when youre hired you get little to no training and are expected to be at the top of your game.
They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.

Interview process was very smooth and was very informative. Decided not to move forward but seems like a good opportunity. Got another opportunity with base pay so decided on that one.

the process is quite easy and average there are many steps and details provided to get through in the process and you need to go through and clear all the steps they asked multiple questions like the experiences related to the industry etc and one important thing the check your potential and strengths which can help to grow the company
