Interview
Received a phone call from Sharon that they found my resume on Monster for a Mid Level Manager and offered me an interview. Not being familiar with the company, I asked if it was insurance and was told "no, they offer Union Benefits to members." Came home and read up on the company here and in a bad review on Google of the company, yea, they are hard pressure insurance sales. Decided to go to interview out of curiosity and I had told them I would come in so I put on a pressed shirt and tie as was requested for my interview.
Entered the reception room and it was quite full of applicants but I registered and filled out the quasi info form and proceeded to wait 25 minutes. Bad gut feeling between the quality of applicants I was surrounded by and the general hoots I heard from employees. If they had to lie to me that they are an insurance company to get me in there, they would ask me to lie to a customer to sell them insurance...

Fantastic, easy to understand. Great job with clarity as to the next steps and where I stood. Great presentation. Great job showing me the field virtually.
Overall a experience I would recommend to anybody else, anytime.

The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
