Two interviews total. The first was a presentation given to myself and around 8 others about what the company does and the positions they are currently hiring for. I turned in my resume along with a questionaire given to me upon arrival about my characteristics. I thought it was going to be a one on one interview, but the whole thing was a presentation. I was given a folder containing more info that included a map of company positions wherein one would start at the bottom and work their way up. I knew then that I likely was not going to get to interview for the manager's position I was told I would be interviewing for. I got a call an hour later saying that they wanted me to come back for a second interview, so I went because I was curious. It was one on one with the same guy who gave the presentation in the first "interview" and they offered me the job. I'd have to start as a rep and eventually build a team, etc. How is that a manager position? Anyways, I chose not to take it. I'm not fond of sales. If you're into insurance sales it might be for you, but it's not for me. They seem like a great company though.
