I applied online. I interviewed at American Lumper Services (Chesapeake, VA) in July 2020
Interview
I showed up to the interview 5 minutes early. The interviewer, a VP of the company, was not on site/forgot/ was doubled booked, and I waited about 15 minutes for the interviewer to arrive. The interviewer read my resume and commented on my experience, and then told me about the position. It was clear that the interviewer didn't have questions prepared and asked questions "on the fly." The interview last approximately 15 minutes. I received two follow up interview calls after the face to face interview. The position was expanded to be a multi-site manager position, the salary would be higher, and asked if I would be interested in continuing the interview process. I received a third call, and was told I would hear back within a week after finishing interviews. I followed up by leaving the interviewer a voicemail about 10 days later since I had not received a rejection letter or offer. After 2 months, I have not heard back from them at all.

Interview
The interview was quick and really easy. The Manager is very laid-back and gave me a brief overview of the job. He even shared that management on the 2nd shift is laid-back because of low supervision.
