I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Realty Advisors (Glendale, CA)
Interview
Went on more than four interviews with several executives. Many of the questions at each interview were redundant, and had they taken the time to schedule efficiently, one interview would have been sufficient. After four rounds of interviews, they didn't bother to return my emails inquiring about the position. What a waste of time!

Question 1
None of the questions were difficult or unexpected. They asked all the expected questions that one would ask for the position. Again, each interview was the same.

Interview
I interviewed for a VP of asset management position. I interviewed with 2 experienced people at the firm. I secured the interview through a recruiter. The interview was not high pressure, but I did have to demonstrate my experience with multifamily asset management and explain some of the problems I've had to navigate.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Realty Advisors (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2019
Interview
Long but thorough. Spoke with 4 individuals and the MD. Took an assessment test covering Argus, finance, AM skills. Good to know they spend a good amount of time with candidates.
