The interview process was pretty standard, with one 30 minute interview.
The questions ranged from questions about the position, previous working experience, and knowledge on the region and current human rights issues in the region.

Smooth and clear expectations in the interview. They ask about past experience and your familiarity with the current political scene (As this aligns with their work). They also ask about your availability as it is an on call position that you need to be flexible during.

It was through skype, a very chill setting. You mainly get questions about your CV and about what motivates you to work with them. It is with the executive director. Half of the interview is questions towards you and your experience and motivation, and the other half is an explanation of the role.
