Interview
There was a panel interview, a separate interview with the hiring manger, and finally an interview with an executive. All over the course of several days, all over the phone (they were not geographically located near me).

Question 1
This interview consisted of several Behavioural questions (tell me about a time...), some technical questions (how would you do xxxx), and questions similar to "why do you want to join the team" and "what makes you standout from the other applicants?" Plus the standard strengths and weaknesses.
