Got a phone screen, they spent more time asking me why I left previous jobs than any qualifications I had. At the end of the interview they couldn't even tell me the salary range. Why would you interview for a position if you won't know the salary until the end of the process? Hard pass.

it is a pannel interview with upper management and current sr process engineers, they ask question one at a time and each make follow up questions. questions are difficult and require experience and knowledge.
