How do you deal with customer complaints or misshaps?
Good interview - got the job and liking it so far. Good FOH team, nice workplace and good staff meals and other benefits. I really like the wine and the education that we get about winemaking and styles
Had an online interview with HR. It was well organized even with the time and scheduling differences. Unfortunately, they never came back to me and didn't do any follow up email after the interview. Would appreciate a email notice.
