The interviewers where well established in their respective fields, but they seemed to be unfamiliar with the interview process.
I was requested to deliver a technical presentation, although the specific constraints were not clarified. This did not pose a significant issue, as I simply presented my portfolio.
The startup was in its early stages, characterized by minimal development and a lack of established structure or laboratory setup. Consequently, I found myself posing most of the questions regarding the available resources and setup, while also offering several suggestions. This experience marked the first occasion where I, in a sense, interviewed the interviewers.

Somewhat long interview process -- three interviews including a presentation. Interviewed by various team members from cofounders to engineers and business development. Everyone seemed friendly and passionate. It didn't seem too hard of an interview.

Q: Most questions revolved around experience in my field and a presentation of my previous work, and the thought process behind my decisions
Avoid this company at all cost. The interviewer was so arrogant and asked all the questions irrelevant to the job description. They had so much pride in themselves that they totally ignored the interviewee. The interview process should be a two way street.
