The interviewers where well established in their respective fields, but they seemed to be unfamiliar with the interview process. I was requested to deliver a technical presentation, although the specific constraints were not clarified. This did not pose a significant issue, as I simply presented my portfolio. The startup was in its early stages, characterized by minimal development and a lack of established structure or laboratory setup. Consequently, I found myself posing most of the questions regarding the available resources and setup, while also offering several suggestions. This experience marked the first occasion where I, in a sense, interviewed the interviewers.
