I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amplero (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Process was a combination of phone calls, in person interviews and a mock presentation. Overall, I felt the team was very organized and polished. They are primed for growth. My in person interviews consisted of meeting with six people including the two co-founders. Both Olly and Matt are the heartbeat of this company and the transparency they are bringing to the company is commendable. The presentation was 45 minutes in length including constructive feedback at the end. Overall, a very positive experience.

Question 1
How would you approach an opportunity where there is no budgeted line item for the solution?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amplero (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2016
Interview
First of all, being initially screened by a very senior person in the organization was a welcome surprise and made me feel like this company takes each hire seriously. Second, the whole experience was just impressive. The full recruiting team seemed aligned on what they were looking for and I was treated with respect throughout the process. I was frankly really disappointed not to be hired, but the fact that they took the time to circle back with me in a timely fashion AND give me feedback (feedback? What's that?) was totally refreshing. I would have given them 5 starts but let's face it, they didn't hire me. I'll be keeping my eye on this one for future opportunities though.
