Pros

- Bright and capable coworkers. Great sense of shared mission. - Great benefits. - Flexible PTO and work schedule. They treat you like an adult. - Enjoyed working around data scientists and ML tech stack.

Cons

- Went through some early startup re-org nonsense that was hard on employees. - Some siloing in org that got better over time as management addressed issues. - Uptime for product is critical, and it's a small team, so can be high stress and occasional long hours depending on role.
