Quick and easy, just show enthusiasm and the ability to work hard. Simple to answer questions like what is good customer service and what would you do in this situation
It was on the phone, very easy and quick but I didn’t get much time to ask questions about the business and my role . Made me do unpaid training though which I found unfair.
