First, I applied for the UI/UX Designer role through an online job portal. After shortlisting, the company conducted an aptitude test followed by a JAM (Just A Minute) round to evaluate communication and problem-solving skills. After clearing those rounds, I attended the UI/UX interview where they discussed my portfolio, Figma skills, wireframing process, typography, usability, accessibility, and design thinking approach

They asked about basic React, HTML, CSS, making API calls, and performance optimization.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Analogue IT Solutions in Aug 2025
Interview
I had interview for Java Dev role.
Interview went well and I cleared it. The next day it was supposed to be HR round. As they call and asked for a immediate call and I wasn't available, I asked them to conduct it the next day or around 6pm the same day.
They fixed for 6pm and I was ready for the interview.
They didn't send the meeting invite; No update on the interview; I messaged and called them but no response.
I waited for 30 minutes and assumed that interview is cancelled. No communication.
After 2 days, I called to asked regarding the interview and they said "we found another candidate".
