Analytical Environmental Services Lab Assistant interview questions

interviewed by a group panel of about 4 people. Overall everyone was friendly with the exception of one man. I mentioned getting my masters and he argued that hiring me would be pointless. saying he wouldnt hire me since I would then want higher pay or a new job after graduating.
