Interview
I interviewed with Anatomy Financial after being contacted by the company. The CTO expressed interest in my background, and a 30-minute interview was scheduled as the first step. Unfortunately, the CTO did not show up for the interview, leading to a rescheduling.
The quick 30min interview to be followed by a take home assignment. What CTO told me during this interview and company told me were different as to where they were in the hiring of this role! Ultimately, I was turned down without ever receiving the take-home assignment.
I might have wasted my time interviewing. Hope they care about their employees and applicants! During the interview process, I failed to notice good leadership from the company.

Interview
I was approached by the CTO for recruitment. We set up an interview, but it was subsequently cancelled after discussing the technology stack, which occurred before the interview began. We ended our exchange amicably.
