Ancestry Archival Digitization Specialist interview questions

Had a phone interview, which was fairly easy and lasted approximately 20 minutes followed by on site interview which lasted a half hour. I was disappointed at the time it took for a response from the company after each interview. The whole process took about 5 weeks, with no offer at the end of the process.
