First spoke with a recruiter for 10-15 minutes, went over background and resume. After that, had a second round interview with the hiring manager and this is when things went downhill fast. First, she apologized for being in a room where there was significant noise and I could barely here hear speak and then she got my resume mixed up with someone else's and had no idea who she was talking to. Found the whole operation very unprofessional and would not have accepted the job offer if they even wanted me.
