It was a while after I first applied before I heard from a recruiter. After she scheduled the interview, however, the process went quickly. I received an offer about a week after the interview. On one positive note, did recruiter did let me know immediately following the interview that I received a positive response from the hiring manager.

Phone interview with HR, then multiple skills tests including writing test and then an interview with multiple hiring managers and team members. Questions in the interview were not only about experience but also testing my knowledge in the genealogy field making the interview quite lengthy.
