Manager Round – Focused on understanding previous job roles, responsibilities, project exposure, and day-to-day activities performed in current/past roles. Second-Level Manager Round – A deeper discussion to evaluate overall fitment for the role, stakeholder handling, work approach, and organizational alignment. Technical Manager Round – Assessment of technical and functional skills required to perform the job effectively, including scenario-based and role-specific questions.
